Fotography is for me a tool of abstraction, which molds the physicality of light into an illusion of reality. Among other things I'm interested in fotography in that it combines physical automatisms and chance with my aesthetical determination. More often than not, these conflicting aspects lead to surprising results which in turn reshape my own aesthetic ideas and thereby amplify the result. Most of the photographs presented here have been created via analog cameras by employing a combination of multiple exposures, low shutter speeds and fairly incorrect exposure and focal settings.
